Vibrating Feeders with totally enclosed magnetic drives can feed practically any bulk material from micron size to bulky chunks. Simple AC controls operate the feeders with precision. In addition, a wide variety of standard and special trays are available.

These feeders from the smallest feeder (capacity 1 ton) to middle duty feeders (capacity 10 ton) will give uniform feeding and protect against damage or decreased efficiency by the completely enclosed drive system encapsuled by epoxy which removes contamination by moisture, dust, foreign materials and so it provides no-noise and less maintenance, in addition the life cycle is almost semi-permanent.

  • These Heavy-Duty Vibrating Feeders are also using magnetic drive system and so available AC opration, 62% less power consumption and less maintenance.

  • There are 8 different models in heavy duty Vibrating Feeders handling with the capacity up to 850TPH and its' advantages are less power consumption, simple operation, productivity improvement, less maintenance and reliability.

  • These heavy-duty Vibrating Feeders are also using electromagnetic drive systems completely encapsuled epoxy resin and so it provides dust/moisture resistant, coil no-moving, less maintenance, less noise and semi-permanent life cycle.

  • High-temperature units are available for temperature up to 300°F (150℃).

This rugged AC-operated high speed feeder is ideally suited for high speed packaging, filling and conveying applications, involving large quantities of bulk materials such as seasonings, flakes, vegetables and grains with a bulk density less than 25 lb/ft³(.4 gm/cc). Its unique elastomeric torsion spring, with high damping properties, allows the unit to be operated at .090 inch(2.3 mm) amplitude.
